Role of Staff in the Church
To Serve and Build
The goal of Catalina Church of Midtown staff is to serve and build up the church body. They do this by helping organize the work of ministry and carrying out the vision, strategy and values of this organization.
Making Vision Practical
They are responsible for helping make our vision a practical reality. They help guide churchgoers through our strategy for spiritual growth toward our collective vision. While we have the same hope for all who come to Catalina Church of Midtown, ministers for children's and student's ministries encourage these things in age appropriate ways.
Service and Leadership
The staff offers spiritual and practical leadership and service to our congregation. Their role is NOT to do all of the work of the church. Rather, it is to give the body what they need to do the work of ministry as Ephesians 4:11-13 describes.
